  • Energy Balance

    This is a combination session where multiple energy balancing modalities are utilized to promote harmony and balance within the body. Such modalities include crystal therapy, sound healing, and traditional energetics (similar to reiki but much more detailed and involved). All sessions are tailored specifically to a client's needs. The practitioner will discuss their prescriptive approach during the session so best results are achieved.

  • Aura Cleanse

    This is a detailed session that begins with mindful reflection so PJ and client can work together to identify a deeper understanding of root cause emotional and physical energy blocks. Upon completing their discussion, PJ incorporates different energy healing modalities such as sound healing, crystal therapy and traditional energy balancing through various energy centers in the body, in and around the aura.

  • Sound Healing

    Individual or Group. Sound healing improves many facets of a person's life. It has the ability to synchronize brain waves to achieve profound states of relaxation, helping to restore vibratory frequencies of the body. Sound therapy uses instruments like singing bowls, crystal prisms, chimes, and other quartz products to create soothing frequencies that promote relaxation and alignment.

  • Angelic Alignment

    A spiritual practice that draws upon the guidance of angelic beings to facilitate healing and transformation. Similar to Reiki, this session involves the channeling of universal life force energy, but it encompasses a broader spectrum of spiritual elements, including the presence of angels and divine light. This energy works to clear blockages, balance the client's energy centers, and promote emotional and spiritual healing.
