I have had 2 sessions with PJ so far and have my 3rd scheduled for this weekend. I felt amazing after each session and for a long time following the sessions. If you are looking to release negative energy or blockages, book a session and you will be feeling lighter afterwards. The welcoming and relaxing vibe adds so much to the experience. I have made reiki sessions a monthly thing in part of my mental and spiritual routine and have noticed an exceptional difference.

PPJ came highly recommended from two of my friends/massage clients! As I have had experience with Reiki for over 20 year, as both a receiver of and as a level 2 practitioner under the Usui Reiki Lineage, PJ had told me her Reiki was different from traditional. I have found that Spirit, whatever you decide to call her, brings people (souls) together exactly when they are supposed to be. I am grateful to have just now at 39 years of age met PJ. I first met her at Root 11 bistro and cafe while we were both meeting with other friends. I noticed her energy right away! You know, the kind of person that when they walk into a room, they light it up! Yes that is the vibration coming from her, it could have also been that sweet 3 month old she had with her I was able to attend 2 sound healings before I had my first one on one! I left them both feeling grounded and rejuvenated, relaxed, peaceful. Just being able to lie on the Earth and be held for an hour while PJ plays her magic with the bowls! Ahhh!! You must try it!! My first one on one session was one I will never forget! We spent time together chatting before hand as she picked up on some things in my past that may be creating blockages in me and my life. Reiki is all about healing, on all levels, physical, spiritual, emotional and we tend to “hold” pain in any form in the body! After we chatted and I cried, we moved into her sacred healing room, I laid on the table and she used gems and crystals on and around my body to help cleanse and heal, while she simultaneously did her healing!
