If for any reason you're not completely in alignment with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. Please reach out to us with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process with care.

Crystals & One-of-a-Kind Pieces
Every crystal is a unique gift from Mother Earth — no two are ever exactly alike! Because of their natural beauty and energetic nature, slight variations, small inclusions, and color differences are not considered flaws but part of their story. However, if your crystal arrives damaged or you feel a disconnect with your piece, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery so we can find a solution that feels aligned.

Custom & Handmade Creations
Our handmade suncatchers and custom creations are crafted with love and high-vibrational energy. Because of their personalized nature, they are non-returnable — but if something doesn’t feel quite right, please let us know so we can make it right in a way that honors both your heart and ours.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
