Nice to meet you!

Hello, I'm P.J. Michael (Patricia Jean) for those that wonder ;-). I am the sole practitioner and very proud owner of Lotus.

As a mother of three, wife, and various other titles and certifications, I bring a wealth and variety of real-life experiences to guide and support my clients.

My journey toward enlightenment first led me to Reiki, and then trickled through mindfulness, herbalism, energetics, and mysticism. All of which hold a special place in my heart.

I work with a diverse clientele from various backgrounds and belief systems. All of which enriches our interactions and highlights the beauty of our wonderfully imperfect world. What I cherish most about my practice is its inclusiveness and its foundation in love.

With a Master's in Instructional Design, my day job is within a Professional Services Firm where I design eLearning and virtual classrooms for adult learners. I am also a certified facilitator and content developer.

My Passion for Crystals

From a young age, I have been captivated by the enchanting world of crystals.

As a little girl, I was the one mesmerized by the magic of the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire, adorned with flower crowns, wielding sticks as makeshift magic wands, and collecting sparkling crystals for my treasure chest.

When energy healing found its way into my life, crystals reemerged with a newfound significance, transforming my understanding of their power.

In 2021, I delved deep into the study of crystals and their remarkable metaphysical properties. I discovered that these beautiful gems are not just visually stunning; they are potent tools capable of transmuting and attracting energy, guiding us on our journeys of healing and self-discovery.

Beyond professional life, when the sun is shining, you'll find me outside. Probably chasing my kids, my french bulldogs, or floating by the pool. I love to laugh, enjoy a good dirty martini, and am always adding a new project to our life to keep my husband on his toes.

Meaning behind Lotus

The lotus flower holds profound spiritual significance and symbolism across various cultures and religions. It is often associated with purity and enlightenment, as it grows in muddy water but rises above the surface to bloom with remarkable beauty. This symbolizes the journey of overcoming obstacles and reaching a state of higher consciousness. Additionally, the lotus represents rebirth and renewal, as it closes at night and sinks underwater, only to rise and open again at dawn. This cycle is seen as a metaphor for the soul's journey and the process of a spiritual awakening and transformation.

Thanks for stopping by!

I look forward to our paths crossing some day! If you choose to visit, you’ll be welcomed by the calming aroma of palo santo, incense, and my smiling French Bulldog trio.
