Processing Time
All orders are processed with love and care within 3-5 business days. Custom or handmade items may require additional time, which will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3-7 business days

  • International: 7-21 business days (varies by location)

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, we trust the journey — but if your order seems lost or delayed, please reach out to us at balance@lotusharmonyboutique.com, and we will do our best to assist in locating your shipment.

Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can find a solution that supports your highest good.
