    This is a detailed session that begins with mindful reflection to identify a deeper understanding of root cause emotional and physical energy blocks. Sound healing, crystal therapy and energy balancies energy centers in the body, in and around the aura.

  • Sound Healing

    Individual or Group offerings available. Sound healing has the ability to synchronize brain waves to achieve profound states of relaxation, helping to restore vibratory frequencies of the body. Sound therapy uses instruments like singing bowls, crystal prisms, and chimes.

  • Angelic Alignment

    A spiritual practice that draws upon the guidance of angelic beings to facilitate healing and transformation that encompasses a broad spectrum of spiritual elements, including the presence of angels and divine light. This energy works to clear blockages, balance energy, and promote emotional alignment.
